Cambridge Savings Bank

In the competitive world of retail banking, the opportunity to impact the customer experience in a branch location cannot be underestimated. With the proliferation of a digital world, providing personal, human interactions with  customers when they visit a branch  has taken on even greater importance. At Cambridge Savings Bank (CSB), a community bank with 16 locations in the Greater Boston area, signage and graphics play a huge role in connecting each customer with the bank’s history and culture.

Working with architecture and design firm, SMMA, of Cambridge, MA and Providence, RI, the bank aimed to transform their branches into dynamic, vibrant, interactive spaces where customers and employees would feel CSB’s history connect with its industry leading services and modern brand identity. The goal was to visually communicate the bank’s culture and deep roots in the communities in which it operates, while also telling the story of each branch’s unique history.

SMMA called on ICL Imaging to produce an array of signage and graphic applications and the results are paying dividends!
